Join us & ruck /walk our trails the morning of Nature Day! It is a great way to kick off the day & feel in tune with nature. The ruck is 3 miles & starts at 7:30am in the parking lot of CCNC! Parking is on the street in the neighborhood. No fee to enter, but donations are welcome!

About the event
Join us Saturday, April 26th at 7:30am for a 5k ruck on our trail system the morning of Nature Day!! It is a great way to kick off the day & feel in tune with nature.
At the Nature Center, we have 2.5 miles of trails under a beautiful canopy of trees. We will also cross from the Nature Center Trails into the Quisenberry Library Trails, and then head back to the Nature Center trails to finish.
The Nature Center is where history meets nature. One tract of our trails that you would walk is the Old Natchez Trace that has been traveled through the ages by animals, indigenous people, settlers, and now hikers!
You don’t want to carry weight? No problem! Come enjoy a leisurely walk. All are welcome!
